This California Privacy Notice (“Notice”) is for California residents and supplements Argrace Privacy Policy . This Notice explains how we may have collected, used, and shared your Personal Data in the past twelve (12) months and how to exercise your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).

Under CCPA, you have the right to request that we disclose to you the Personal Data we collect, use, or disclose, and information about out data practice. Each category of Personal Data that may be used by us or shared with third parties for business purposes is categorically outlined below.

• Other parties when it is necessary and appropriate for legal compliance purposes;

Right to Access

Right to Request Deletion

Under CCPA, you have the right to request that we delete your Personal Data that we currently hold about you.

You may exercise your right to delete by:

a) Submit your request though the Help Center; or

Right to Opt-out of the sale of Personal Data

If you are a California resident, the CCPA allows you to opt-out the sale of your Personal Data. To opt-out of these“sales” , please follow the Do not Sell Your Personal Data and confirm your decision.

 

Right to Non-Discrimination

We will NOT discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

In your request, please make clear what Data you would like to have changed, whether you would like to have your Personal Data deleted from our database or otherwise let us know what limitations you would like to put on our use of your Personal Data. Please also note that to protect your data and the integrity of our Products, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request, so that we precisely locate your Personal Data.

You do not have to pay a fee for executing your personal rights. According to California Consumer Privacy Act, we will complete your privacy request within 45 calendar days.

 

Guidance for Authorized Agents

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) recognizes a variety of privacy rights for Californian consumers. According to the CCPA, we as a business is required to provide channels for the consumers to exercise their rights, including the rights, via a verifiable request, to

(i) disclose and access the personal data that we collect, use, disclose, and“sell”; and

(ii) delete the consumer’s personal data.

Per the CCPA, consumers may exercise their rights through an authorized agent. Therefore, we provide this guidance for authorized agents acting on behalf of consumers regarding exercise of the above rights under the CCPA.

 

If the consumer has a Argrace account

Authorized agents acting on behalf of consumers with a Argrace account can exercise their rights through Argrace account, please kindly note the following rights will be handled respectively:

1. Right to know: You can check the categories of personal information being collected, processed, shared or used are recorded in this Notice.

2.Right to access and right to be forgotten: You may access to or delete consumer’s personal information through submitting the request in the Help Center with technical support:

It is important to note that a valid login is required to access or delete personal information associated with a Argrace account. This safeguard is in place to protect the security of consumer data. Once the request is submitted by the authorized agent, the request will be handled automatically.

If the consumer does not have a Argrace account

If the consumer does not have a Argrace account or would like to export or delete personal information not linked to a Argrace account, the following instructions may allow you to excise your right:

1. 1.Right to know: You can check the categories of personal information being collected, processed, shared or used are recorded in this Notice.

2. Right to access and right to be forgotten: Your personal information will be deleted right after you clean your cookies upon the visiting pages. Or, You can make a request directly to privacy@argrace.ai As this request is for data outside of a logged-in Argrace account, we require at least two identification elements, such as a verified email or phone number, for verification purposes prior to processing the request.
